From August 2013 to August 2016 I was dedicated to the online growth of the global denim brand G-Star RAW. Based at its Headquarters in Amsterdam, I started out as the E-commerce traffic coordinator and grew into the role of CRM & Social Media Manager. After leaving G-Star in July 2016 I started Bestoked. In the summer of 2017 I temporarily returned to G-Star for a four month project as an interim online marketing specialist.
As the E-commerce traffic coordinator, I was responsible for increasing the number of visitors to the G-Star RAW Online Store (g-star.com) through all available online traffic channels, such as SEA, SEO, social media advertising, display campaigns, e-mail marketing and affiliate networks. In this role, I worked with the best agencies in the business and together we increased the number of visitors by 166%.
In 2015 I became CRM & Social Media Manager and therefore global channel owner of all social media platforms of G-Star RAW. It was my responsibility to improve the direct relationship between G-Star and its audiences through the development of engaging, impactful and personal digital content, campaigns, social advertising and customer service.
